Join Yifen, Occupational Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, for an easy-to-understand health talk exploring how this often-overlooked system helps maintain fluid balance, reduce swelling, support immune function and keep our tissues healthy. We'll also discover its fascinating connection with our digestive system.

This won't just be a talk! Yifen will guide us through simple movements and exercises that can support healthy lymphatic flow — practical habits you can incorporate into everyday life — followed by a relaxing group walk together.
